The Center for Teacher Effectiveness delivers behavior and classroom management in-service training to schools nationwide. We have operated since 1993, trained upwards of 400,000 educators in all 50 states, and built our reputation on strategies that reduce referrals and give teachers their instructional time back. The engagement model:

• In-service days, workshops, and district trainings booked through us
• Complete curricula and materials handed to you, ready to deliver
• Total scheduling flexibility as an independent contractor
• The option to continue in your current school-based role

The money:

No hourly rate. Commission-based compensation with a firm floor: a training day pays $1,000 at minimum, and often noticeably more. What you earn over a year depends on the volume of training you accept.

The prerequisites:

• K-12 experience in teaching, behavior support, counseling, administration, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree at minimum, in education or a related area
• An engaging, credible presence with adult audiences
