Classroom Management Trainer

Classroom Management Professional Development Consultant (1099, Remote-Friendly)

Nationwide, USA (Remote-Friendly / Travel to School Sites)

1099 Independent Contractor, Part-Time / Flexible  ·  Posted July 29, 2026

There is a specific kind of educator we are hunting for. The teacher other teachers used to sneak into the hallway to watch. The dean who could settle a cafeteria with a look and a word. The counselor or behavior specialist who understood that management is relationships plus structure, never one without the other.

If that is you, the Center for Teacher Effectiveness would like to put your credibility to work as a classroom management consultant. Since 1993 we have trained more than 400,000 educators nationwide, and classroom management remains the program schools request most. Our consultant ranks include teachers, principals, superintendents, counselors, social workers, behavior specialists, professors, staff development coordinators, and professional speakers, working in PK-12 schools and occasionally colleges.

The arrangement is independent contracting on commission. Hourly pay does not exist here; instead, a day of consulting or training carries a $1,000 minimum and frequently pays beyond it. Consultants who deliver more, earn more, and nobody is required to leave an existing position to participate.

We supply the entire program: decades-refined content, complete presentation materials, and thorough training in our delivery model. You supply the presence and the lived experience.

A bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field is required.
