Classroom Management Workshop Leader: Flexible Schedule (K-12)

Somewhere in your career there was a moment when classroom management clicked for you. Maybe a mentor showed you. Maybe you figured it out alone, the hard way, in a February that felt endless. Either way, you carry knowledge that struggling teachers need, and workshop leadership is how you hand it over at scale.

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness runs classroom management workshops for schools and districts across the country and has since 1993. More than 400,000 educators have been through our training, in public, private, and charter settings from PK through 12th grade. We are adding workshop leaders in multiple regions.

Role snapshot:

• Lead our established workshops using provided materials and designs
• Flexible 1099 contracting; you choose your engagements
• Compatible with a current teaching or administrative position
• Commission compensation: $1,000 minimum per training day, often exceeded, scaled to how much you lead

Candidate snapshot:

• Strong personal history of well-managed classrooms or well-led buildings
• Teacher, dean, principal, coach, counselor, or consultant background
• A bachelor's or advanced degree in education or a related subject
• Warmth and command in front of adult learners
