Classroom Management Trainer

Flexible In-Service Trainer for Schools and Districts (K-12)

Nationwide, USA (Remote-Friendly / Travel to School Sites)

1099 Independent Contractor, Part-Time / Flexible  ·  Posted July 29, 2026

Who is hiring?

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness, the company behind Time To Teach. Founded in 1993. Over 400,000 educators trained. Active in all 50 states, in public, private, and charter schools, and we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

What is the job?

Delivering in-service professional development days to schools and districts. Topics span classroom management, student engagement, and instructional strategies. Every session is built on materials we provide, so you spend your energy on delivery, not on content creation.

Who should apply?

Educators with real credibility: current and retired teachers, principals, assistant principals, superintendents, counselors, behavior specialists, professors, and professional developers. If you can hold an audience and you care about improving teaching, you belong on this list.

How does pay work?

This is commission-based independent contractor work, not an hourly wage. A training day starts at $1,000 and often runs meaningfully higher. Your total income rises and falls with how many engagements you take.

Can I keep my current job?

Yes. A large share of our trainers remain in their school positions and train around them.
