Our program's roots run deeper than most people expect. Components of what we teach were originally developed with guidance from Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden of UCLA, and the material has been sharpened in American classrooms every year since 1993.
The Center for Teacher Effectiveness is recruiting instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and mentor teachers to carry that material into more schools. Coaches make outstanding trainers with us because the core skill transfers exactly: meeting adult learners where they are and moving their practice forward.
