Part-Time Professional Development Consultant (1099, Nationwide)

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness is seeking experienced educators for part-time Professional Development Consultant roles delivering classroom management training to schools nationwide \u2014 remote-friendly with travel to school sites, locally or across the country.

What you will do

• Present our established classroom management professional development to K-12 teachers and school teams
• Facilitate full-day and half-day sessions, on site or virtually
• Support schools in building calmer classrooms, stronger teacher retention, and better student outcomes
• Choose your own volume \u2014 this role flexes around your existing career

Who this is for: Educators with genuine classroom or school-leadership experience who are confident presenters \u2014 teaching, administration, counseling, or coaching backgrounds all fit.

The role and model: 1099 independent contractor, part-time and flexible \u2014 not W2 employment. Certification through our Train-the-Trainer program is required and is provided. A National Director handles contracts and scheduling; consultants earn per training with payment issued every Friday and typically earn $1,000 or more per training day.
