The Center for Teacher Effectiveness has been training educators since 1993, reaching more than 400,000 teachers nationwide, and retirees are consistently among our most beloved and most requested trainers. Teachers trust a presenter who has actually lived the job, and after decades in schools, you carry that trust into the room before you say a word.

Here is what the work looks like. We hand you complete, refined training materials on classroom management, engagement, and instruction. We train you thoroughly in how to deliver them. Then you accept training days when you want them and skip them when you have grandkids to visit. There is no quota and no rigid calendar.

Here is what it pays. This is a commission arrangement, and a day of training never comes in under $1,000. Many of our veteran trainers do considerably better than that. Since it is commission based, the total is up to you and your availability.
